Returns Policy
Your jewelry in stock will be shipped within 2-4 days from 12 Dalton studio in Houston, USA. Out of stock and made to order jewelry will be shipped within 4-5 weeks. For shipping outside of US, the customer is responsible for all duties and taxes required by that country's importation policy.
Each piece of 12 Dalton jewelry comes beautifully packaged in an individual soft pouch and branded box perfect for gifting loved ones and yourself! You will be able to leave a gift message in the “special instruction” field during check out.
You’ll receive an email with tracking information once an order has shipped. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your 12 Dalton account.
Unworn jewelry piece in their original condition can be returned within 30 days. Please note shipping fees on original order are not refundable.
